4.14.12 Breakfast

I have had Greek Yogurt twice now and I've decided I don't love it. The taste is a bit too "curdled milk" to me. Next time I will be getting some Stonyfield organic yogurt instead.

However, I highly recommend Kind brand granola, though! It's 100% whole grain, all natural and has no refined sugars. And has a touch of coconut.. Yum!

I have kept coffee in my diet. But I stopped using Splenda and switched to an all natural creamer (and also use less). I LOVE coffee!!

  1. Have you tried several different brands of Greek yogurt? I have found I dislike certain ones but others are fabulous! Just a thought...

  2. I agree about trying different brands of greek yogurt. I wasn't thrilled at first, but now I love, love, love it.

  3. Hi, Bryn. I used to put lots of cream and sugar in my coffee, too, until I tried Dunkin Donuts Cinnamon Spice. It's so good on its own, I only need to add a touch of milk. We buy ours at Target!
