This is my first post so I thought I'd give a little background before I launch into the pictures. For as long as I can remember, I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. Part of the cause is hypothyroidism. I also suffer from adult acne (SO annoying). Although I control both with medications, I have decided to take control with my diet as well.
My old diet consisted of fast food 3-4 times a week, dessert and diet soda every day. The goal of this blog is to help keep me accountable while I take a stab at eating healthy 80% of the time (because really.. we all need to splurge once in a while).
